Our mission is to bring the community of Superior and the surrounding area together.

Who We Are

Welcome to the Billings Park Civic Association. Our organization is made up of Billings Park neighbors coming together to help make our community a better place. We hope you will join us as often as you can, if not at our meetings, then at this virtual gathering spot.

The board meets every 3rd Monday of the Month at the Billings Park Community Center at 6:30 pm., and meetings last about an hour. Donations are also accepted, and are tax deductible. We are full community association, and anyone can belong or use the facility.
